Items are located in East Orlando at two different locations. The item location will be disclosed when scheduling pick up. All items are located in East Orlando, Waterford Lakes area.

•15% On-Line Buyer’s Premium.
•Everything sells on as “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis.
•Payment in full on the day following the auction closing by 4pm.
•Payment by credit card on file with Proxibid!•Removal: Tues & Wed, June 13 & 14 by Appointment ONLY.

Payment
Payment is by credit card on file with Proxibid. You will receive a invoice with a pay now option to pay by credit card. Any invoice not paid by 6/12/23 at 5:00 pm will automatically be charged to the credit card on file with Proxibid.
Removal
Pick up is by appointment only. Pick up is Tues 6/13 and Wed 6/14 between 10:00 and 5:00 by appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Most items are local pick up only.
Preferred pick up if possible for lots 59-98 would be Tuesday.
