The "Property" is a membership interest in Sat Beach Condo Holdings, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the "Company*), including a 40% economic interest in the
Company's profits and a 50% voting interest in the matters that come before the members thereof, and such other rights and obligations as set forth in the Company's Amended and Restated Operating Agreement, dated March 28, 2023. The Company has three (3)
wholly owned subsidiaries (collectively, the "Subsidiaries"), Sat Beach Condo I, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, Sat Beach Condo II, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and Sat Beach Condo III, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. The Subsidiaries own the parcels of real property described below, subject to all easements, restrictions, mortgages and other encumbrances and matters of record in the Public Records of Brevard County, Florida. Excluding accounts payable, accrued interest, late fees and other short-term obligations incurred in the course of the Company's and the Subsidiaries' business, the Company and the Subsidiaries are indebted to third parties in the aggregate principal amount of $12,413,212.22.

- Everything 'AS IS, WHERE IS’ basis with NO warranties of any kind, express, implied, or otherwise.
- To be able to register to bid, the buyer will wire funds in the amount of $100,000, which will become a non-refundable deposit in the event that they are the successful bidder at the auction. No bids will be permitted until the deposit is received in our escrow account.
- Balance of payment will be due in Full on Tuesday, August 27th by 5p.m. EST.
- Payment by wire transfer ONLY.
- Contact Auction Company for Escrow Account wiring instructions.
- Final Judgment Holder has the right to bid and will be bidding on these items.
- Final Judgment Holder will not be required to submit a deposit to participate.
