Payment in full on the day following the auction closing by 12:00 PM!
Payment by credit card or wire transfer ONLY
Any Electrical and Plumbing MUST be capped properly and according to code upon removal.

REMOVAL: Fri, Mar 29 9am-4pm ONLY
