• The terms of sale are non-negotiable. Registering to bid either live, online or absentee signifies your acceptance of the terms. Your bid is a binding agreement. Do not place a bid unless you intend to honor it.
• Inspection: All items are located at 6730 Still Point Dr, Melbourne FL 32940. Inspection is 10am-2pm Saturday June 10th and 17th ONLY. You are advised to inspect items BEFORE bidding. We do our best to describe and photograph items, but we are by no means perfect and may miss something that is important to you. If the item was tested, it will say so in the description - time does not allow for testing of most items. All Sales Are Final With No Refunds/Returns/Exchanges.
• General: 'AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS'. All Sales Are Final With No Refunds/Returns/Exchanges. Full Payment due at end of auction. 7% sales tax collected (FL, Brevard Co). Dealers present your resale certificate to avoid sales tax. All times stated are Eastern. Bid retraction will result in suspension of bidding privileges. No international bidders accepted without prior approval from Heritage.
• Removal: Buyers are responsible for removal of purchases from auction site. Buyers must provide their own moving equipment and personnel as Heritage no longer provides staff for that purpose. Some items are located upstairs. Appointments are REQUIRED for pickup due to limited accessability and are available 9am-5pm Friday-Sunday June 23rd-25th. NO ALTERNATIVE DATES/TIMES are available. All items are located at and must be picked up from 6730 Still Point Dr, Melbourne FL 32940. Each item left past this deadline will be considered abandoned and may be immediately resold or disposed of with no notice or credit given to you. You must present a printed copy of your PAID receipt to pick up items (PAID receipt available at pickup location). Email with the signup link for pickup wil be sent out via Shipping Saint shortly after your invoice email. If you miss your pickup appointment, your credit card on file will be charged.
• Forms of Payment: (A) CASH/CERTIFIED FUNDS must be received by Sunday June 25th at 5pm. (B) VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS. Card must be present and in users name. Bidder waives their right to initiate a charge-back on their credit card for any reason. Credit cards are not accepted in the case of items that are to be titled outside of Alabama - cash is the preferred method of payment in these instances. (C) WIRE TRANSFERS must be received by Friday June 23rd at 5pm. (D) No PERSONAL/COMPANY CHECKS accepted for this auction. (E) If you miss your pickup appointment, your credit card on file will be charged.
• ONLINE Buyer's Premium & Convenience Fee: For all ONLINE bidders, a 10% internet premium will be added to all items, with an additional 3.5% convenience fee for credit/debit cards.
• Shipping: Is NOT offered for most items in this auction. Any jewelry item over $5000 will be sent USPS registered mail.
• Jewelry: All measurements and weights given are estimates. We do not acid test for gold purity but rely on markings.
• Disclosures/Disclaimers: Selling agent only. Ch 7 Bankruptcy Case 17-30961. All information contained herein was derived from sources believed to be correct but is not guaranteed. Auctioneer reserves the right to delete lots, change order of sale, void a sale, or stop/restart/delay sale. Auctioneer also reserves the right to deny service or restrict participation.
