Terms and Conditions:
• The terms of sale are non-negotiable. Registering to bid either live, online or absentee signifies your acceptance of the terms. Your bid is a binding agreement. Do not place a bid unless you intend to honor it. Bid Retraction will result in immediate suspension of all bidding privileges.
• Soft Close Auction: Auction closes on Sept 12th at 11:00 am. If a bid is received within the final 2 minutes, then time will be extended an additional 2 minutes.
• Inspection: Saturday September 9th from 10am-2pm (est). All inspections must be completed prior to bidding.
• Buyer’s Premium: 12%
• Taxes: Brevard County records indicate paid through 2019, unpaid for 2020 & 2021, and paid for 2022. Buyer shall pay all past due taxes.
• Terms:  Offered AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Subject to Court approval. To register, bidder must submit $50,000 Registration Deposit to Heritage prior to the auction: either in the form of a certified check made payable to Brevard County Clerk or alternatively, in the form of a wire to Heritage’s Escrow account (wire information available upon request). Said Registration Deposit is returnable if you are not the winning bidder. Within 3 days of the Auction, a completed unaltered Sales Contract shall be submitted to Heritage. Within 21 days of the Auction, the balance of the Bid Price and the Clerk’s Registry Fees shall be paid by certified check to Brevard County Clerk, the Documentary Stamp Taxes shall be paid by certified check to Brevard County Clerk, the 12% Buyer’s Premium shall be paid by certified check to Heritage Realty & Auction Co Inc, and Brevard County Clerk shall issue a Certificate of Title. Buyer’s failure to pay these balances within the said 21 days, shall result in the forfeiture of any Deposits and the sale shall be deemed void. Seller reserves the right to solicit backup contracts.

Payment
